Can I select which accounts I want protected by Microsoft 365 MDR?
Our solution isn't able to remove users from the MDR service as we consider every user a potential attack vector for a threat actor to leverage in an incident.
Users can be created and removed and this will reflect in your MDR service but it's an 'all or nothing' approach purely for security reasons.
How do I connect it with my Microsoft 365 Tenant?
You don't need to worry about that. Our team will manage the setup and integration of Microsoft 365 MDR and will keep you in the loop every step of the way.
Will you disable accounts if they are compromised?
Yes. Our SOC analysts have the ability to disable an account when they suspect that account is involved in malicious activity.
This will always be communicated with you so you know exactly what is happening and why.
Do I need specifci Microsoft 365 licenses in order for the MDR service to work?
Microsoft 365 MDR requires Azure AD P1 Licensing. Azure AD P1 is available as a part of many popular licenses, for example Microsoft 365 Business Premium and also as a standalone addition.
We are aware of Microsoft's plans to offer audit log services across a range of licenses and we will continue to monitor the situation over the next few months and ensure we are best placed to advise on the best licesing structure for our clients.
