How can you offer a cheaper price than Microsoft directly?
As a Microsoft Partner and distributor, we access better pricing for the licenses than those commercially advertised.
We can pass that discount directly onto our clients and you pay less with us than you would directly with Microsoft.
Your prices seem higher than Microsoft, why is that?
The advertised prices on Microsoft's website are based on an annual commit - all of our prices are based on monthly commit. Their monthly price is higher than the annual price advertised.
There are pros and cons to both but we can provide annual pricing on request.
Do Cloud4 provide Technical Support on all plans?
We provide three different plans. We provide a 'License Only' plan which ensures you get a cheaper price than going directly with Microsoft but support from Cloud4 isn't included.
Our other two plans include Full Technical Support plus much more.
How long does it take to migrate to Microsoft 365 with Cloud4?
If you currently use Microsoft 365, we can migrate you to our tenant within seconds.
If you use another solution and want to migrate your data to Microsoft 365, the timescale depends on what you're using but regardless, we can fully manage the process end-to-end.
