Here's what's included with your Free Cyber Security Review...
1. Sign Up
No payment is required at this stage, we just need you to fill out a simple sign up form in order for us to assign your Backup to a Dedicated Project Manager who will handle the setup and migration.
2. Setup
Your Dedicated Project Manager will be in touch to scope out the setup & migration.
This typically consists of deciding the best way to migrate your data and which devices the backup software will need installing on.
3. The First Backup
We will import your data directly into the DC or run the first backup on the software - this depends on how much data you have and which method is more effective. Once your first backup is complete, you will receive a report to alert you and the software takes over for all future backups.
4. Ongoing Backups
Once the initial backup is done, your backup will automatically set to take a full backup every day and will also take a snapshot every hour. All of these backups are stored in the retention area should you need to recover anything.
You will receive daily support and access to your own Control Panel but our team will be on hand to support you (and the solution) around the clock.

How does the Data Recovery work?
Whether you lose a single file or if your entire server fails, you'd just need to log a ticket with our Technical Team to restore anything you're missing.
In the event of your server going down, we can even create a temporary Virtual Machine and restore your data there to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
How is your solution costed?
We charge purely on the amount of storage you have.
That means you can have as many devices as you like linked to the same solution and you will simply be charged on the overall volume based on a package price we agree beforehand. You will never exceed the agreed price as we'll be in touch when you're close to hitting the limit to agree the best way forward.
