Do I need to pay per user or per email address?

No, you simply pay for every domain that you'd like us to monitor and every email address under that domain will be picked up automatically.

There is a limit of 250 email addresses per domain, so if you have more than 250 addresses, you would just need to purchase an additional package for every extra 250 you needed.

How is your Dark Web Monitoring tool better than the others?

Dark Web Monitoring is only as good as the data it checks against. We are proud to be partnered with the world's largest breach database which is constantly updated.

Most tools available check against old data and return results for breaches that happened years ago and by that point, it's too late to do anything about it. We guarantee that we will retrieve actionable data.

What happens when I get an alert of a breach?

You will receive an email and a ticket will also get logged with us as soon as the breach is alerted. A lot of breaches aren't cause for concern but some may reveal your password - and in those instances, you have to act as soon as you are able.

If the breach is high priority, our team will get in touch with you to discuss next steps. If you have any questions on any of the alerts you receive, just give us a call.

What is the setup process?

The setup process is really simple, we will just need the domain that you would like to scan.

We will set this up within our portal and it will automatically gather all of the email addresses linked to your domain and return an initial scan highlighting any immediete breaches.
