We bill 3CX based on how many simultaneous calls you expect to have. For each simultaneous call, you will get 1,500 Landline and Mobile minutes added to your plan.

Do I have to pay for calls?

Yes, we can tailor a call bundle to suit you based on your ACTUAL usage. This can be tailored based on the numbers you typically dial (mobile or landlines) and how many minutes you use each month.
