How is 3CX billed with Cloud4?
We bill 3CX based on how many simultaneous calls you expect to have.
For each simultaneous call, you will get 1,500 Landline and Mobile minutes added to your plan.
We keep our billing as simple as possible so once we understand your requirements, we'll give you a single monthly price and tell you everything that's included.
Do I need hardware?
This one comes down to your personal preference.
Some organisation's prefer to use their mobile devices - which are fully compatible with 3CX with the app.
Others prefer physical handsets. So whilst you don't need handsets, many of our clients have them configured to work with their 3CX system.
How does the setup work and can I use my current number?
We can have your new account operational for you in minutes. One of our team will be in constant contact to make sure it's setup exactly how you want it - we can even configure your existing SIP handsets to work with our system or deliver brand new devices pre-configured, ready to go!
If you want to bring over any existing numbers, this is absolutely possible and we will manage the port.
How does 3CX differ from traditional PBX systems?
Unlike traditional PBXs that require proprietary hardware, 3CX operates on Windows and Linux and can be used with SIP standard-based IP Phones, SIP trunks, and VoIP Gateways.
