Some have a contract that covers their entire organisation instead of having a per user rate. Another example is that many of our clients use our service as an 'Escalation' facility where we work in conjunction with their onsite IT team.
Are there any minimum user numbers to sign up?
There are no minimum user numbers or commitments. We work with organisations of all sizes from one-man-bands to large enterprises and charities.
