I've seen the Prices & Plans but do you offer tailored solutions?

Absolutely. Over 50% of our clients are on a tailored solution that's unique for them.

Some have a contract that covers their entire organisation instead of having a per user rate. Another example is that many of our clients use our service as an 'Escalation' facility where we work in conjunction with their onsite IT team.

Are there any minimum user numbers to sign up?

There are no minimum user numbers or commitments. We work with organisations of all sizes from one-man-bands to large enterprises and charities.

We have the internal processes and facilities to support you the same no matter your size.


Can you support clients anywhere in the UK?

We have spent years coming up with the perfect plan which allows us to support all of our clients remotely.

Our Remote plans include monitoring software for all of your devices which gives us the ability to prevent issues before they even happen in a lot of cases.


Our remote and onsite support plans function the same - instead of having an engineer onsite, they will be on the other end of the phone or dialled into your machine to relieve your IT headaches!

I'm in the North-West and want Onsite Support, how quickly can you be onsite?
