How long will the setup and migration take and is there a charge?
The typical setup and migration time is usually a couple of days but this is dependent on your current provider, the size of your website and the time it takes for the DNS to replicate to connect your domain.
We will always be able to give you a good idea on timescales before we start the setup.
If you want us to handle the full setup and migration, we will quote for this based on the time it will take.
Can I edit my website as I do now?
Absolutely. There are many different ways to access and edit your website but you will always have full control dependent on which platform you use to manage your website currently.
If you're setting up a brand new website with us, we will give you full control to make changes.
Can you design and build a website for us?
If you need a content-based website (just like this one!) we can design and build you a website from scratch.

We don't currently offer e-commerce websites but we can put you in touch with a trusted partner of ours if that's what you need.
Do you include an SSL Certificate in your Web Hosting Plan? Do I need one?
We can but we don't as standard so please just ask us if it's something you need or are unsure about. The reason we don't include it as standard is because you may already have one you can use, so we don't want to duplicate your costs!
As for if you need one, we would strongly suggest it. An SSL Certificate essentially encrypts your website and protects you and your visitors, especially if you process card transactions.
Having an SSL Certificate also has a positive impact on your Google rankings and gives your potential customers more confidence when processing transactions.
