Can we keep our existing phone numbers?

Yes. Existing business numbers can be ported into Wave, so there’s no need to change contact details.

New UK numbers can also be provided if required.

How easy is Wave to set up and manage?

Wave is quick to deploy and fully managed during setup.

Day-to-day management is handled through a simple web-based control panel, where you can manage users, call routing, queues, and reporting with ease.

Can we use desk phones with Wave telephony?

Yes. While Wave works perfectly with softphone apps on desktop, web, and mobile devices, it also supports physical desk phones for teams that prefer handsets.

Wave is compatible with a range of Yealink handsets, which can be pre-configured and supplied as part of the service. Recommended models include: Yealink T31G, Yealink T33G, Yealink T42U, Yealink T46U, Yealink T48U, Yealink W73P (cordless) and Yealink W76P (cordless).

This gives you the flexibility to mix desk phones and softphones across your business, depending on how each user prefers to work.
