Can I make and receive calls using my mobile phone?
Absolutely. If you wanted to make calls from your mobile, tablet or Desktop PC we will get you setup with a softphone to allow you to do exactly that.
Wave gives you the flexibility to work from anywhere whilst using your usual office number.
Do I have to pay for calls?
With our Wave plans, you will get minutes included. How many minutes you get depends on which plan you choose. Before you go ahead, our team can assess your existing phone bills to make sure you're on a plan that suits your business.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
We will need to have a porting agreement in place with your existing provider but this is typically a pain free process. Our team will handle the porting and all of the necessary documentation, so you can just sit back and wait for your number to be ported across to your brand new phone system.
Is it easy to setup?
Yes, we can have your new account operational for you in minutes. One of our team will be in constant contact to make sure it's setup exactly how you want it - we can even configure your existing SIP handsets to work with our system or deliver brand new devices pre-configured, ready to go!
