Is my data secure?
Being certified Cyber Essentials Assessors, Cyber Essentials Certified and ICO accredited, we pride ourselves on data security. All of your data is stored, and encrypted, exclusively in our Tier-3, ISO accredited, UK datacentres.
All of our datacentres are fully secure locations, with no allowance of any unwanted access. All of the datacentres we use are ISO 27001 certified and work on uninterruptible power, meaning that even with a full power outage, they have on site resources to last a further 7 days.
Are updates and patches managed by you?
We will take care of all the relevant updates and patches to ensure your server is always up to date and secure.
We will also plan migrations to newer server versions once they become available but due to specific software requirements, we will always plan this with you ahead of schedule.
