How often do I need to have a Vulnerability Scan?
It really all depends on the size and complexity of your network and how many users/devices you have.
For larger clients we suggest performing a scan once a month but quarterly or annually is enough for most businesses. We can advise based on your exact requirements and give you our recommendation.
If there is a problem on my network, what do I do?
Based on our intial scan, we will make suggestions on the changes you need to make. If there is anything that needs to be rectified urgently, we can prioritise this and assist.
We offer a full suite of security services to help you plug any gaps but our suggestions will allow you to make your own decisions.
How soon can you scan my network?
This depends on engineer availability but we can typically get something booked in within a week.
Our team are flexible and are prepared to go the extra mile, so if you want your network scanned because you suspect something could be wrong, we will book you in sooner.
How long does a scan take?
On average, the scan takes around 1-3 hours but this depends on the size and complexity of your network.
We can estimate how long this will take when we gather the information in order to produce a quote.
